At E3 2017, Microsoft introduced the next-generation Xbox console called One X. It will launch on November 7 this year at the price 0f 499$, in the US.

It is the first console capable of running smoothly at 4K resolution, some of the games being able to run at 60 fps, but for 4K you will need a very large screen.

It has a configuration that includes a 2.3 GHz octa-core processor and a special 40-core console graphics chipset. They added 12 GB of GDDR5 and HDR image support. The system will also include a Blu-ray optical drive.

The games on Xbox One and Xbox 360 will also seem to work on Xbox One X.
